1. About Venture Customs

Venture Customs sells decals, graphics, front plates, 3D-printed products, accessories, and other products designed for e-bikes, e-scooters, mountain bikes, dirt bikes, and related vehicles and equipment.

Some products are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order.

Venture Customs is generally not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Once production has started, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or the error was caused by Venture Customs.

5. Customer-Submitted Content

You may have the ability to submit text, images, logos, artwork, photographs, or other content for custom products or reviews.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to use and submit the content.

  • Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property rights.

  • Your submission does not violate applicable laws.

  • Your submission does not contain unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or abusive material.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

Venture Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe may violate the law, another person's rights, or our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All Venture Customs branding, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, product designs, text, videos, and other original materials created by Venture Customs are owned by or licensed to Venture Customs unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Venture Customs intellectual property without our written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Venture Customs' underlying intellectual property.

Customers are responsible for properly installing and using Venture Customs products.

Decals, front plates, accessories, and other products should only be installed on surfaces and equipment for which they are appropriate.

Venture Customs is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect surface preparation

  • Improper use

  • Modification of products

  • Failure to follow installation instructions

  • Use of products in an unintended manner

  • Accidents, crashes, impacts, or abuse

  • Exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, pressure washing, or other environmental conditions

9. Vehicle and Riding Safety

Venture Customs products are primarily decorative or accessory products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our products should not be relied upon as safety equipment or as a replacement for required vehicle components.

Customers are responsible for operating their e-bike, e-scooter, bicycle, dirt bike, or other vehicle safely and in accordance with applicable laws.

Always follow manufacturer instructions and applicable local laws when riding or modifying a vehicle.

10. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Venture Customs has accepted the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:
